Manufacturing Process
L-Lysine is obtained by main process: fermentation, product recovery, product concentration (Drying and Packaging). The culture that used in
fermentation are prepared by mixing water, glucose, and nutrients. Fermentation going under aerobic conditions. The glucose and nutrients
continuously supplied until the desired L-lysinne concentration is achieved. The Ultrafiltration removes suspended solids. Further the L-Lysine
